In this role you have a high sense of responsibility.

- From the first moment you are responsible for entering the orders in an accurate way.
- You will call and follow up your customers concerning the orders and claims.
- Communication is key, you will keep your colleagues up to date concerning pending situations and possible adjustments.
- You will be keeping the overview and you will put every contact moment accurately in the system.
- You will support your colleagues from the sales department in order to optimize the process.
- You will be responsible for sending the invoices.

- 2 years experience in the field of customer service
- German / French near native
- Good command of Dutch and English is an advantage
