As a Customer Support Specialist you are the central point for internal as well as external relations. Furthermore you are responsible for the total order management flow:

- You are the contact person for international clients, with regard to questions about products, delivery and pricing.
- You coordinate the order management process.
- You solve problems and complaints regarding orders.
- You are pro-active when orders are changing or delayed.
- You ensure good relationships.
- You participate in project teams.

For the position Customer Support Specialist we hope to get in touch with a candidate who fits the following profile:

- Fluent in German, French or Spanish and in English
- At least 2 years of relevant experience (order management)
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent working experience)
- Living in the Netherlands
- Great communication skills, service minded and strong problem solver
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP is a preference
- Fulltime available
